We at Amiable Home Care Inc, understand that as parents, caregivers and guardians, that you need a break! As we all know there are staffing shortages throughout the state of Indiana that may prevent you from getting respite services on a consistent basis. To help alleviate some of your stress with lack of staffing, Amiable Home Care is launching Respite Saturdays! Twice a month, we will open our doors to families that need respite services, rather you are a family we serve or not. We will do organized activities with your loved one while you run errands, go to the spa, have a lunch date, tend to other children, or simply sit back and relax. The best part is that for most, the services are billable under your FSW or CIH Waivers! Simply stated, if you have Respite, Day Habilitation, or PAC services, we can offer you respite without any out of pocket expenses! We do also have private pay options for those currently on the waivers!

Every month we will have new themes and activities to do. These activities will provide learning opportunities, sensory play, and much needed socialization. We highly recommend masks to be worn at all times during the event but we do realize some individuals can not wear one. All staff supervising activities have been vaccinated and will be wearing masks the entire event.
